KISS rocks Arrow Rock festival
Rain or shine, KISS destroyed the Goffertpark in Nijmegen (Holland) last night during a two hour spectacle. As per usual for the Arrow Rock festival, some 25,000 fans attended the all-day festival in the open air. There was some sunshine, there was some rain, but all in all it was a great day with a pretty good line-up including Whitesnake, Motorhead and the amazing Twisted Sister (Dee Snider’s flight arrived in Holland about an hour before show time but despite a lack of sleep he put up a great, high energy show with the rest of his band who had arrived earlier).
KISS did the by now usual show – without Firehouse, Watchin’ You and Rock Bottom – and despite being an open air show in bad weather (during part of the encores, Paul was wearing his jacket), Paul still flew out over the crowd – this time not to a platform in the middle of the audience but to the PA tower. Check out a short review (and some photos) by clicking here, and click here for several videos from the show.
